Pushing Toward the Finish: Strong Results Shape Championship Run

With only a few rounds remaining in the 2025/2026 PKRA Winter Championship Series, every lap and every decision carries weight. Next Level Karting entered Race #8 determined to keep the momentum rolling—and the team delivered a strong, resilient showing across all categories. From breakthrough victories to gritty drives in deep fields, NLK continued building toward a powerful close to the season.

Kid Kart – Vincent B. Takes Another Confident Win

Vincent B. continued to establish himself as a force in the Kid Kart category, driving with precision and composure on his way to a dominant 1st-place finish. His pace has been climbing steadily all season, and this victory reinforces the championship push as the series reaches its final stretch.

Junior 1 – Eli & Travis Fight Through Traffic

The Junior 1 field once again proved competitive and tight-knit. Eli S. (8th) and Travis A. (9th) both showed strong fundamentals, navigating heavy mid-pack battles and maintaining their racecraft under pressure. Their steady execution continues to lay the foundation for late-season gains.

ROTAX Mini Max – A Next Level Karting One-Two Finish

In one of the strongest performances of the weekend, NLK locked out the top of the ROTAX Mini Max category: Jett F. controlled the race with maturity beyond his years finishing the race at the top of the class, while Maverick M. delivered one of his most complete performances of the season, securing a well-earned second place podium after setting pole position in qualifying and opting to start the day’s races from the back of the field. The pair showcased teamwork, pace, and race IQ—an exceptional combination as championship math starts to tighten.

Junior 2 – Maddie Battles Forward, Kennedy Sidelined

Despite a challenging starting position, Maddie L. drove with determination, picking her moments and managing the race to a solid 11th-place finish. Unfortunately, Kennedy S. was unable to start the main event (DNS), but remains firmly in the hunt for a win as the final rounds approach.

LO206 Senior – Hard Fights and Tough Breaks

The 206 Senior class delivered the most dramatic swings of the day for Next Level Karting.

Gavin C. led the charge with a composed run to 4th, keeping himself well within striking distance of the championship leaders. Behind him, the team’s newest driver Isaac P. (10th) and Jose N. (11th) battled in a deep field, gaining valuable race-to-race consistency.

A tough moment for Colin D., who exited with a DNF, but his pace continues to trend upward and will remain a factor in the closing rounds.

ROTAX Senior Max – Elijah Continues to Build

With several class veterans in the field, Elijah L. executed clean, steady laps to bring home 10th in ROTAX Senior Max. His progression through the Winter Series has been steady and disciplined—traits that pay dividends as the stakes rise.

Looking Ahead: Championship Deciders on the Horizon

Only a few races remain, and the championship picture is becoming more intense with each round. NLK continues to show depth across all classes, strong teamwork, and the kind of resilience that defines the program.

A huge thank-you goes out to our sponsors, supporters, and the people who make this sport possible. Your belief in these young drivers allows them to chase their passion, pursue their goals, and compete at the highest level every weekend.

On to the next round—let’s finish strong.
