Racing started for me when I was 10 years old. My father would take me to K1 Speed for fun, I was hooked. Once I got comfortable in the kart, and was tall enough, I joined the Teen League and did that for a couple of years. I had moderate success but found my love of racing that continues today.

Once COVID hit in 2020 and K1 Speed was in the process of moving to their current facility, my racing slowed down but the passion was still there. I tried some of the other indoor karting facilities in Phoenix but nothing scratched the racing itch fully so it was time to move up to outdoor competitive karting.

In January of 2023 we purchased my first kart, a 2022 VLR LO206. It was slightly used but only had a handful of hours on it and was checked out by a local shop. We joined PKRA that same week and started practicing and getting used to the way a properly setup kart handles and with much higher speeds than I was used to. After about a year of practicing I entered my first league race at the tail end of the Winter 2024 season. I got my 3 rookie races out of the way and have not looked back!!!

When I am not racing I spend time watching F1 (Ayrton Senna favorite racer), watching anime, and listening to music. I also enjoy SIM racing and video games in general.

My father and I have been active with recording my races and practices with GoPro cameras and posting them on YouTube. YouTube started as a way to have family and friends, that don’t live in Arizona, to stay connected and watch my progress. Posting the videos has also turned into a valuable tool for myself and others to analyze racing lines and ultimately get lower lap times.
